We have for the last 10 years manufactured colophony-free (non-allergic) handball glue, and is the most commonly used handball glue in Denmark.

We log visitors’ traffic to our site. We log where visitors come from and which pages are viewed. The statistics give us a better impression of how the site is used, and give us the opportunity to improve the usability of the site.
In order to accept an order, or to register visitors as re-current customers, you are required to state the following information:

This personal information is required for us to e-mail the order acknowledgment and to deliver the ordered goods to you.

Ordering:
You can order goods from Dip’nGrip by e-mail, on-line via the web-shop or by postal mail.
All prices in our webshop include value-added-tax / VAT / MWST. Once you log-in to our shop, the system will display the prices with/without VAT, depending on your country code. VAT is only applicable for sales within the European Union.<
You can communicate with us in the following languages: Danish, English, German and French.
Please note that when you place an order, it only becomes part of a formal agreement upon our acknowledgment of the content. Until such acknowledgment, the order is regarded as indicative.

You can pay for the goods by transfer of the invoice amount to our bank account with:

Your credit card will charged for the invoiced amount upon despatch of the goods.
Transmission of your credit card details is made via a secure line and data are encrypted. When entering your credit card details, you will note a yellow pad-lock in the bottom of the screen, ensuring that transfer of data is done via SSL – a secure line.
We use an independant gateway – Quickpay (www.quickpay.dk) – as the connection to the Danish banking system, PBS - (www.pbs-payments.com). Details of your credit card are not made available to us. When you type your credit card details, they are sent to Quickpay (a Verisign Secure Site), and we are only informed of the acceptance or refusal of the transaction.
When using credit card, the invoice amount is only charged to your account when the goods are shipped. You can never be charged for other amounts than you have approved at the time of purchase.
Delivery:
We use U.P.S. and Post Danmark as our shipping companies.
Time of delivery in EU is approx. 4-7 days.
Based on the details of the delivery address, the shipping costs are added to the invoice amount.
Regrets:
If you regret the purchase within 2 weeks of receipt of the goods, you are welcome to return the goods to us and we will refund the price of the goods by transfer to your bank account.
Only un-opened and un-used goods can be returned under this ‘Regret-clause’.
If you wish to return the goods, please note that you must inform us of such within 2 weeks of the receipt of the goods.
The costs of returning the goods (freight, packaging etc.) cannot be charged to Dip’nGrip, and must be borne by the customer.
Only private customers, living in the EU, are covered by this Regret-clause. Private customers residing outside the EU and companies are not covered by this Regret-clause.
Claims/Returns:
If the product is faulty upon receipt, and you wish to return the product, please contact us via e-mail pf@dipngrip.com explaining the reasons for wishing to return the product. Please also supply us with;
* Your name
* Postal address
* Telephone number
* Date of purchase
* Invoice number
If the claim is warranted and accepted, reasonable return costs will be covered by Dip’nGrip according to prior agreement.
It is important that you contact Dip’nGrip (pf@dipngrip.com) before you return the goods.
e-marketing:
You can accept to receive our newsletter – which contains information about our company, our products, special offers etc.
You will only receive our newsletter if you register to receive it by clicking the option on the web-shop front page.
If you no longer wish to receive the newsletter, you can click the "un-subscribe" option on the front page of the web-shop. You are also welcome to send us a mail at pf@dipngrip.com, stating that you wish to un-subscribe to the newsletter.
On our website we also have a "Tell-a-Friend" function. This enables you to send a message to your friends and bring their attention to our website www.dipngrip.com.
This "Tell-a-Friend" function contains no marketing material other than a link to our site. We do not log to whom you send "Tell-a-Friend" messages, and we do not receive copy of the content of such messages.
